Our general sales conditions

Upon confirmation of your reservation, we shall require your payment card number, expiration date, and cryptogram.

You may pay by bank card, American Express, check, holiday voucher, or in cash.

In order to secure your reservation, we shall debit 30% of the total amount of your stay (for packages and promotions, 100% of the amount). The balance of your stay, as well as related services, shall be directly paid at the Clos Saint-Martin hotel on your departure day. Rates are subject to change if the number of guests in the room(s) does not match the number of guests as per the booking.

The hotel shall bill the client and charge penalties as follows:

  • 2 weeks before the arrival date: 100% of the deposit paid shall be kept for a future stay, valid for one year from the cancellation date.
  • 1 week before the arrival date: 10% of the deposit paid shall be billed. 90% of the deposit shall be kept for a future stay, valid for one year from the cancellation date.
  • 48 hours before the arrival date: 50% of the deposit paid shall be billed. 50% of the deposit shall be kept for a future stay, valid for one year from the cancellation date.
  • Less than 24 hours before the beginning of the stay (after 3PM the day before your arrival): the entire deposit shall be billed.

In the event of a no-show, the entire amount of the stay shall be charged to the payment card that was used to guarantee the reservation.

Any request that differs from the original approved quote must be addressed in writing to the concerned establishment.

If the establishment does not express its acceptance in writing within 8 days of receiving the request, the contract shall continue to be based on the original terms and conditions set in the quote accepted by the client.
