Upon confirmation of your reservation, we'll need your payment card number, expiration date and cryptogram.
In order to secure your reservation, we'll debit 30% of the total amount of your stay (for packages and promotions, we'll debit 100%). The balance of your stay, as well as related services, are to be paid directly at Le Clos Saint Martin hotel the day of your departure. Rates are subject to change if the number of guests in the room(s) does not match the number that the room has been reserved for.
The hotel will bill the client and retain penalties as follows:
- 2 weeks before the date of stay: 100% of the paid deposit will be kept for a future stay valid for one year from the cancellation date.
- 1 week before the date of stay: 10% of the paid deposit will be billed and 90% will be kept for a future stay valid for one year from the cancellation date.
- 48 hours before the date of stay: 50% of the paid deposit will be billed and 50% will be kept for a future stay valid for one year from the cancellation date.
- Less than 24 hours before the beginning of the stay (after 3 pm the day before your arrival): The entire deposit will be billed.
In case of a no show, the entire amount for the stay that has been given as a guarantee will be charged to the payment card.
Any request that differs from the original approved quote must be addressed in writing to the concerned establishment.
If the establishment does not express its acceptance in writing within 8 days of receiving the request, the contract will continue to be based on the original terms and conditions determined in the quote accepted by the client.
